What you’ll hit into

The GT Golf bay: golfer hitting into the big impact screen, projector overheadThe bay
01

19′ × 9′ impact screen

A wall-to-wall screen so every shot flies life-size. Big enough that the whole group feels it.

02

Bushnell Launch Pro

Today’s launch monitor: a camera-based unit on the turf beside the ball that reads every strike. ProTee VX is next.

02

ProTee VX

The launch monitor: mounted on the ceiling, dual high-speed cameras read ball and club at impact.

03

GSPro

The simulation software that draws the course on the screen and plays out every shot. It’s where the Course of the Night comes from.

Bushnell Launch Pro

Sits on the turf next to the ball and uses cameras to read the strike: ball speed, launch, spin and, depending on the software plan, club data. Every number feeds straight into GSPro, which flies the shot onto the 19′ × 9′ screen.

  • Camera-based tracking right at impact
  • Feeds the simulation software in real time
  • Plays every league shot until the upgrade

Previous rig: Bushnell Launch Pro, the floor-mounted launch monitor that played the bay’s first shots.
